Shipping & Return Policy


SHIPPING POLICIES

Bill & Paul's offers three levels of shipping service for domestic orders. Please note that express delivery is available only in the continental U.S.  If additional charges apply you will be contacted for verification and approval before your order is shipped. Most orders are shipped within 24-48 hours (M-F) after they are received.  Additional charges apply to items shipped to Alaska and Hawaii.

Orders placed after 2pm Eastern time will be shipped the following day.  We are unable to ship Saturdays or Sundays so orders received after 2pm on Friday will ship the following Monday.

Shipping Costs:

  • Standard $7.95 (for orders under $100)
  • Second Day $22.95*
  • Next Day $30.95*
  • IN-STORE PICK-UP  No charge. These orders require 3 hours to receive and process before pick-up.

* Carriers do not offer expedited shipping options to addressess located within 6 hours drive time of Grand Rapids.  If you've selected this option and the service is not available, we will correct the shipping and send your items via ground shipping.  Items typically arrive within 2 days.

OVERSIZED ITEMS

Shipping kayaks, car racks, SUP Boards and other oversized or heavy items may require additional charges. If additional charges apply to your order, you will be contacted for verification and approval before your order is shipped.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Bill & Paul's is not able to process or ship orders to an address outide the US.  If you're interested in ordering an item from an international address, please e-mail customerservice@billandpauls.com. Please include your name, item number, description, size, color, etc... along with your address.  We will follow up with shipping/handling costs.   

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We want you to be confident with your purchase from us. Bill & Paul's accepts returns and exchanges at our retail store as well as through the mail (see Vendor Warranty Claims for repairs). All returns and exchanges must have a Bill & Paul's receipt.

When you mail an item to us please include a note with your name, return address and daytime phone number. Tell us what you are sending, why you are sending it and what you would like to have happen. Please be sure to ship the package with a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance and send it to:

Remember that all sale items are sold as "Final Sale" and are not returnable for refund or credit.
