2. Shipping Options
Bill & Paul's offer three levels of shipping service for domestic orders. Please note that express delivery is available only in the continental U.S. Additional shipping charges may apply to items shipped to Alaska and Hawaii. If additional charges apply you will be contacted for verification and approval before your order is shipped. Our primary carrier is UPS. Most orders are shipped within 24-48 hours (M-F) after they are received.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Shipping locations may require additional charges. If additional shipping charges apply to your order, you will be contacted for verification and approval before your order is shipped.

DUTIES and TAXES
International orders are subject to duties and taxes. The recipient is responsible for payment of applicable duties, taxes and other fees. Please contact your customs office for information on duties, taxes and fees.

OVERSIZED ITEMS
Shipping skis, kayaks, car racks and other oversized or heavy items may require additional charges. If additional charges apply to your order, you will be contacted for verification and approval before your order is shipped.

3. Return & Exchange Policy
Trust Your Gear. Trust your Source. We want you to be confident with your purchase from us. Bill & Paul's accepts returns and exchanges at our retail store as well as through the mail (see Vendor Warranty Claims for repairs). All returns and exchanges must have a Bill & Paul's receipt.

When you mail an item to us please include a note with your name, return address and daytime phone number. Tell us what you are sending, why you are sending it and what you would like to have happen. Please be sure to ship the package with a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance and send it to:

Many manufacturers offer warranties. If you have defective or used merchandise that needs repair you may contact the vendor directly for speedy service.

5. Gift Cards
Just not sure what to get for your favorite outdoor enthusiast? A Bill & Paul's Sporthaus Gift Card makes a perfect gift. They can be purchased and redeemed online or in our retail store. Gift Cards are sent by first class mail and usually arrive in 3 to 7 business days, or if you purchase our E-Gift Card online, it will be e-mailed to the recipient instantly.
