We are again encouraging fitting appointments for ski and snowboard equipment sales and car rack fittings during the winter of 24/25. 

Help us meet your expectations during times of peak demand* for more involved transactions such as:

Visitors WITHOUT an appointment will be served on a first-come, first serve basis, although you should expect variable waits during peak demand times*. Make your appointment by clicking below. It's easy!

*Peak Volume Times: Weekends, during sales and promotions, and any day between Thanksgiving and New Years.

Need to change your appointment? No problem, simply check your confirmation e-mail for instructions on moving or cancelling your booking.

BOOKING APPOINTMENTS

- Allows us to serve all our customers fairly

- Ensures you receive appropriate time with our sales staff

- Provides you efficient use of your time by avoiding long wait times

- Gives you control. Shop when it fits your schedule

- You’ll receive an e-mail confirmation as well as reminder e-mails prior to your visit
 

- Appointments will be held for 10 minutes past their start time. After 10 minutes, no-shows will need to book a new appointment

- Please do not visit the store if you OR your family is sick 

- Please bring your own socks for boot and shoe fittings. We will not have try-on socks available. New socks are available to purchase if you do not have your own socks.
