It’s time to prepare you and your gear for the best winter ever!

The 20/21 Ski and Snowboard season is upon us and with it come new challenges to keep our community and staff protected against the COVID-19 virus.

Beginning September 1st, 2020 shopping for skis, snowboards, camping or paddling equipment will REQUIRE AN APPOINTMENT so we can comply with current CDC and State Health Department COVID-19 guidelines.

 

BOOKING APPOINTMENTS

- Allows us to serve all our customers fairly


- Controls the number of customers in the store (40m people max at any given time)


- Provides us the ability to clean workstations between customers.

 

Priority will be given to those who pre-book appointments. If you DO NOT have an appointment, we will serve you based on store capacity and on a first-come, first serve basis.

 

NOTE: DUE TO INDUSTRY DEMAND, INVENTORY IN MANY CATEGORIES IS EXTREMELY LOW. WE ARE COMPLETELY OUT OF SNOWBOARD AND NORDIC PRODUCT. IF YOU HAVE SPECIFIC NEEDS, PLEASE CALL PRIOR TO BOOKING AN APPOINTMENT TO INSURE PRODUCT AVAILABILITY.

 

 

 


 

You’ll received an e-mail confirmation as well as reminder e-mails prior to your visit
 

- You’ll be required to check-in with our greeter and may be asked to wait in your vehicle until your station is available.

 

- Enjoy a personal and professional fitting for your new or existing gear without waiting in line!

- Appointments will be held for 10 minutes past their start time. After 10 minutes, no-shows will need to book a new appointment.

 

ADDITIONAL COVID-19 REQUIREMENTS

- MASKS MUST BE WORN BY ALL CUSTOMERS AT ALL TIMES

- Masks will be available should you forget yours. Staff will be wearing masks throughout your visit.

- Do not visit the store if you OR your family is sick or has been exposed to the virus

- Store capacity is very limited. Please bring ONLY the people who need to purchase gear or have their equipment fitted. 

- Please bring your own socks for boot and shoe fittings. We will not have try-on socks available. New socks are available to purchase if you do not have your own socks.

 

KID’S TRADE-UP CHANGES

Historically this program incentives member families to shop in September. For 20/21 we’re offering the September Trade Values through December 31st .  (No need to rush in this year!)
