Shipping & Return Policies


Bill & Paul's and Beyond offers the following shipping service options for domestic orders.


  • IN-STORE PICK-UP  No charge. These orders require 1 hour to receive and process before pick-up.
  • Standard $10.95 (for orders under $100)
  • Second Day $34.95* Do Not Select if you live within 6 hours of Grand Rapids, MI
  • Next Day $54.95* Do Not Select if you live withing 6 hours of Grand Rapids, MI

*Orders placed after 2pm Eastern time will be shipped the following day.  We are unable to ship Saturdays or Sundays so orders received after 2pm on Friday will ship the following Monday.


Additional charges may apply to items shipped to Alaska and Hawaii. If additional charges apply you will be contacted for verification and approval before your order is shipped. Most orders are shipped within 24-48 hours (M-F) after they are received.  Please note that express delivery is not available to Alaska or Hawaii. 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS and Beyond cannot process orders using shipping or billing addresses outside the US.  We also do not offer shipping for phone or e-mail inquiries to addresses outside the US. 


Shipping kayaks, car racks, SUP Boards and other oversized or heavy items may require additional charges. If additional charges apply to your order, you will be contacted for verification and approval before your order is shipped.

Local Delivery for Oversized Items is Available: 

We offer $50 delivery of oversized items within 10 miles of Bill & Paul's. Many of these items are not available for purchase through our webstore so please call us for more information. 

3rd Party Shipping Services, Freight Forward Services, and Pack and Ship for Amazon Orders cannot and will not knowingly ship items to any of the above services or businesses or those performing similar functions. This is in direct violation of our valued dealer agreements. If we determine an order is being diverted to such an organization, we will cancel that order and notify the purchaser via e-mail. No charges will occur on the account used to place the purchase.

We want you to be confident with your purchase from us. Bill & Paul's and Beyond accept returns and exchanges at either retail store, regardless of purchase location, as well as through the mail (see Vendor Warranty Claims for repairs). All returns and exchanges must have a valid receipt less than 30 days from purchase from either Bill & Paul's or Beyond.

Web Order Returns follows the same policy as for our in-store customers. Returns are allowed within 30 days of purchase. Sale items are sold as FINAL SALE and are not returnable for refund or credit. does not provide free return shipping on web orders. The exception would be if we mistakenly shipped you the wrong item, in which case a call tag will be provided as soon as possible for the return or exchange of the mis-shipped item.

When you mail an item to us please include a note with your name, return address and phone number. Tell us what you are sending, why you are sending it and what you would like to have happen. Please be sure to ship the package with a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance and send it to:
